We look for the best people in the industry who are qualified and experience. All our security personals have to undergo WSQ training before they are deployed for security duties.

The security personnel to be deployed will be interviewed and thoroughly screened through our access to Security Services Gateway (SSG) with the Ministry of Home Affairs before they are hired. Tiger Hong Investigation and Security Pte Ltd will also ensure that there is adequate guard relief force to replace any absentees and to replace personnel who have resigned by ensuring the availability of a relief force.

 

SELECTION CRITERIA FOR SECURITY PERSONNELS

Qualifications:    English Educated with minimum Sec 2 education and completed Basic Security Course

Experience:    Disciplines and Preferably ex-servicemen whom are mentally and physically fit to perform duties efficiently

Age:    21 years to 65 years

Literacy Level    Able to read, write and communicate. Good PR skills.
Training    WSA Trained or Exempted
Health    Have to pass a medical fitness requirement test.
Personality    Good personality and appearance
Screening and character checks
• Character check from personnel employer
• Only SIRD licence
